Return & Exchange Policy

At VerseNod, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to enjoy your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.


Customized Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items once they have been processed.
Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold to other customers.
Thank you for your understanding.


Non-Customized Items

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your non-customized purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 business days from the original shipping date for most items in new and unused condition.


How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email (support@versenod.com) and include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

  2. After receiving return instructions from us, carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship the package via your local post office using a registered and trackable method.

  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  5. Please do not return your package to the address printed on your parcel — it is not our return address and will delay processing.


Return Conditions

  1. Returns must be requested within 30 business days of the original shipping date.

  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Customized items

    • Items under limited-time promotions or discounts

  3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  4. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

  5. Returns sent back without a proper request will not be accepted.

  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for items not purchased from versenod.com.

Note: The original shipping fee and any “Shipping Guarantee” costs are non-refundable.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.

  • Your card-issuing bank may take 10–30 business days to post the refund to your account.
    (Unfortunately, we cannot control your bank’s processing speed.)


Return Address

To ensure proper handling, please contact us at support@versenod.com to receive the nearest return address before sending back any items.

⚠️ Important: Do not send your return package to the address on your shipment label — that is not our return warehouse and may cause delays.


Shipping Cost & Relisting Fee

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not charge any relisting fees.

  • We recommend using the most economical registered airmail option available through your local post office.
